Ingegerd Råman is Sweden’s foremost designers. Her design idiom is austerely simple, although there’s always an element of delight. “Everything I do is marked by the beauty of simplicity. That’s always been my principle.”

In her Light Shadows interior illumination collection, Ingegerd Råman plays with light and shadow. The manually engraved patterns on the light bulbs bring out the shape of the glass and fire the imagination by casting clear-cut shadows on the nearby walls.
